"Tom Clancy's The Division" release date 2015 for PS4 and Xbox One still remain to be unconfirmed, and new reports suggest that that's not the only concern for fans of the game.
As Gamepur reported, gamers have been worried because of Ubisoft's unipmressive track record of downgrading the visuals of other popular titles such as "Watch Dogs" and "Assassin's Creed Unity Parity."
Massive Entertainment's ("The Division's" developer) Martin Hulberg addressed the rumors, saying:
"Obviously, we want to make a game that looks the best it can on its respective format, so Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. So I think the term downgrade is a bit confusing and weird because we're trying to get the most out of every machine we use. So Xbox gets its attention, PlayStation gets its attention, and PC of course will be able to cram it up a bit more depending on the hardware you have."
"We address every console, every platform as its own version," he said. "So we try to stay away from the thing where you go for the least common denominator and everybody suffers for it. We want to make a good experience on all respective formats."
"We have a long experience in doing online games dating back to Ground Control and World In Conflict. And I think the chance to involve people to do tests is very important. I suspect we will release more details on the possibilities for public tests later on," he said.
A rumored Beta version release is slated on March 2015. Ubisoft has not yet offered concrete details about the said "Tom Clancy's The Division" release date 2015 for PS4 and Xbox One report.
"Working on The Division is a once in a lifetime opportunity for all of us at Massive, Reflections, and Red Storm Entertainment. We are creating something we are really proud of and we don't want to compromise on quality. We are going to release the game when it's ready," according to the official blog posted by the game's Dev Team earlier this year.
