When not directing a potential Academy Award winning movie, and another one which co-stars her husband Brad Pitt, superstar actress and human rights advocate Angelina Jolie is pretty much your normal mom. The Academy Award winner who has six children, takes time to be with her kids with Brad Pitt, and be a mom to them. After all, she is officially a wife now, after the big Brad Pitt Angelina Jolie wedding where the pair officially tied the knot to honor their kids' request.

The Unbroken director was spotted recently shopping with her children Shiloh and Zahara, picking up art supplies at Lee's Art Shop in New York. What was interesting for fans was spotting Angelina Jolie's wedding ring which she was wearing on her bonding date with her daughters.

And though it's hard to imagine the actress doing anything remotely domesticated given her high profile careers as an actress, producer, director, and humanitarian, apparently even before her wedding, Angelina Jolie was very much a hands on mother to her children. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress shared how she spent the time waiting for news on whether her biopic of World War II hero and Olympian Louis Zamperini will be given the go-ahead by Universal Pictures.

It was nearing the holidays and so she decided to wrap all the holiday gifts herself. "I started wrapping everything-even little things that went in the [kids'] stocking[s]," she shares. "I couldn't just sit there and wait for the phone. So I was like, 'I'll wrap this whistle! I'll wrap this candy cane!'"

It seems that the actress really is hands on with both her career and her personal life! Even the publication of the official Angelina Jolie wedding photos show the actress' mark, as the $ 5 million she was paid for them by People and Hello! magazine was donated to the couple's chosen charities.
