The Hollywood Life report revealed that the couple appears to want to have twins.
A source narrated: "At (a) party, (Khloe) was raving about how adorable her friend Joe Francis' newborn girls are."
The insider claimed that Khloe Kardashian gushed about how she is "so in love with twins" and that she wants her own.
