According to emerging reports, the hottest topics searched for include death and scandal, both of which have captured the interest of Web users after the Robin Williams Depression Suicide and J. Law Fappening hacked leaks. Of course, other celebs were also involved making the Fappening phenomenon a controversial incident that is still ongoing, but without A-list stars.

So far, the top ranked celebrity searches on the Web are Robin Williams, Jennifer Lawrence, Jay Z, Kim Kardashian who recently posed in the nude, Joan Rivers, Ray Rice, Angelina Jolie, Renee Zellweger, Kate Middleton and Derek Jeter.

The NY Daily reported, "The leaked nude photos of Jennifer Lawrence and Derk Jeter's last game captured the Internet's imagination in 2014."

Ask.com looked at searching patterns of 100 million monthly users and found stars such as Kim Kardashian and Kate Middleton were the most searched for on the Net. Kim Kardashian is well known for her revealing selfies, but a group also called her a poor role model for children. Kate Middleton is expecting a second baby after an intense bout with morning sickness. There is also some friction between Prince William and Kate after she spent time at her mother's during her ailment.

The Top Internet Search Terms Of 2014 (Current) also included Jerry Mcguier star Renee Zellweger's face, which was a conundrum to all those who though her old face was better with users asking, "What happened to Renee Zellweger's face?" Apparently, the "Bridget Jones's Diary" star went through drastic plastic surgery on her eyelids, making her look quite unlike her rosy, goofy, and very likeable Renee.

A search for "When is Derek Jeter's last game?" was another curious question for users en masse since the Yankee shortstop ended his career with a glorious ending.
