Taylor Swift is excited about her 25th birthday next month!
E! Online reported that the singer was questioned in an interview in an appearance in "Live with Kelly and Michael" about the plans she have for her birthday on Dec. 13.
Swift said:
"I don't know what I'm going to do,"
"I haven't really planned that far out."
Taylor Swift's excitement about her 25th birthday should be something that's really happening, considering the success of the singer's newest album, "1989," released last month.
Over 1 million copies of the new album were sold out in its first week in stores. Swift even hosted personal listening sessions for her fans in multiple places in New York, Rhode Island, Nashville and Los Angeles.
Swift further said:
"It's kind of weird, like, when you're so excited about something, like, I was so geared up for the album launch and so excited about it. It was two years in the making. So, in my mind, I was like, 'Birthdays happen every year, like, album launches only happen every few years,' so I went and did that and I'm still on this promotion tour,"
"And so, it's so far back on my list of priorities that I'm turning 25."
Taylor Swift's excited about her 25th birthday, just as how she's excited to perform her song "Welcome to New York" in front of an audience every time she would perform it.
She echoed her sentiments, saying:
"I have all these just like, I have this, like, song called 'Welcome to New York' and it was my dream since I wrote the song to play it in Times Square on New Year's,"
"So hopefully, I'll get to play that song and hopefully, there'll be confetti and like, glitter, 'cause that's how I see it."
