“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice will be reporting to prison to serve her 15-month sentence on January 5, 2015.
As Teresa Giudice’s prison date approaches, Twitter user Richard Croft revealed the “Free Tre” t-shirt (with the reality television star’s face on it) to the world.
Aside from the attention that the mother-of-four is about to get on Twitter for this awesome t-shirt, Teresa Giudice has also been making headlines for straying from taking responsibility for her actions by reportedly suing her attorney for $5 million over her guilty plea to bankruptcy fraud that earned her the 15-month prison sentence, according to Page Six.
In her malpractice suit, Teresa Giudice reportedly claims that her attorney, James Kridel, failed to list her employment, income, automobiles, business interest, rental income and certain bank accounts in the bankruptcy filing.
“Kridel failed to perform a reasonable investigation concerning the petition, schedules and statement of financial affairs,” the suit says.
The lawsuit reportedly continues that the lawyer’s “failure to exercise that degree of reasonable knowledge and skill that lawyers of ordinary ability and skill possess” cause her lost income, legal fees, botched business deals and public ridicule.
Although Teresa Giudice has a lot on her plate, the Bravo star been turning the focus on spending time with her four daughters for the holidays.
“This Christmas, the focus isn’t going to be on presents,” a source told E! News.
The insider continued, “It will be on family and togetherness. Teresa is savoring every moment she has with her girls right now.”
