Kim Kardashian and Kanye West divorce rumor is still flying around the internet.

Perez Hilton reported that the rapper was spotted in New York City (At Soho Apartment) on Friday Night. It seems that gossips about the celebrities' relationship is in the rocks will go stronger as eyewitnesses said they didn't see his wife Kim Kardashian and his daughter baby North.

Overall, it is almost three weeks that the couple hasn't been seen together. This makes people wonder if a breakup is on the horizon.

Previously, the rapper didn't spend Thanksgiving with his family, but he celebrated in Paris. He also missed out on Kim's Paper magazine party in Miami last week.

The popular blogger Perez claimed that "It's true that they're both busy professionals, but you'd think that even if Kim and Ye are having problems, he'd at least want to see North! NYC isn't that far from Miami on a plane."

Another source named In Touch reported that Kim got mad when her man was a no-show for Thanksgiving at Khloe's house. "Kim was furious he dumped her and North for the holiday and mortified that she had to show up at Khloe's alone," a source told the magazine.

A source from In Touch magazine noted that Kanye's absence during Thanksgiving was "the last straw for her. She's getting ready to file divorce papers," and she's reportedly consulted a top divorce attorney in LA! Furthermore, "Kanye's too controlling. Kanye just doesn't care that Kim's upset about Thanksgiving. He'll continue to do what he wants when he wants, and it's kind of Kim's problem because she knew who he was when she married him."

Some news websites also reported that the reality star has been spotted going to an attorney for a consultation about the dirvorce.

However, news on E! News seemed contrary on the divorce rumors as Kim's representative told E! Online, "there is nothing wrong" and that the latest speculation is "nonsense."
