A source close to the story told Globe, "Kate was so upset that William's decision put Camilla on the throne, she fled the Palace in tears to be driven to her parent's country home in Berkshire. Kate was angry Camilla was going to win after waging such a nasty and bitter campaign against her. She poured her heart out to her mother Carole for several hours before returning home."
