Teresa Giudice is already thinking about Christmas, evident from her Twitter account, after filing a lawsuit against her lawyer, reportedly claiming that it was his fault she received a 15-month sentence.
"It's beginning to look like Christmas," wrote Teresa Giudice on her Twitter.
She also made sure to advertise her dessert brand on Twitter in lieu of the holidays.
"Fabulous Desserts are still taking orders for our sugar free sprinkle cookies will continue to support and ship to our loyal customers," wrote the RHONJ star on her Twitter account.
Although Teresa Giudice may be preparing to celebrate the holidays, she may have put herself in a very stressful situation by filing a $5 million lawsuit against her attorney, Jim Kridel, earlier this week, according to The Inquisitr.
The mother-of-four reportedly claimed in her lawsuit that Kridel "was a slacker who never even met with her prior to filing bankruptcy docs. She also says he was sloppy as hell, not bothering to list key assets such as her cars, her rental property income, and various bank accounts," according to TMZ.
Teresa's husband's former friend Joe Mastropole reportedly spoke out after the lawsuit was filed, claiming the lawsuit was "typical" behavior.
"They always blame others for their frauds," Mastropole told Radar Online.
He continued, "That's typical of them. They use their lawyers and accountants [as fall guys]."
Mastropole didn't stop there.
"They're bull-sh**ters. They're horrible people. I don't know how they live with themselves," he told the entertainment website.
