Chris Martin debuted a much buffer frame as he showed up at the StolenSpace Gallery in London recently in tight white shirt and denims. Is the Coldplay frontman trying to impress former exes Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lawrence?

Chris Martin's thicker frame was noted by Mirror , which said that the Coldplay frontman "has packed on some serious muscle recently" after his alleged split from Jennifer Lawrence.

"He took the opportunity to spend some time with bandmate Jonny Buckland and his partner Chloe Lee Evans," the publication said. "They joined more stars including Guy Berryman and Edith Bowman at the event, but Chris stood out a mile off with his new physique."

Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence reportedly split a short time ago but the couple has not really explained the reasons why to the media.

A previous report from Grazia magazine, as reported by the Independent, claimed that the Coldplay singer is still enamored with his ex, Gwyneth Paltrow. In fact, they are set to spend Christmas together with the kids.

"Chris is totally besotted with Gwyneth, and that has never changed," a source told the magazine. While she instigated the split, their relationship has always been open-ended.

The same source added that being separated from each other following their split earlier this year only made Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow realize "how closely they depend on each other."

Another report from Celebrity Dirty Laundry, claimed that the whole Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence romance was a part of a "twisted love triangle" with Gwyneth Paltrow.

"She (Jennifer Lawrence) never signed up to be a part of something so complicated, and these same sources tell us that she never would have gotten involved if she had known the truth about Chris' relationship with Gwyneth," the site added.

The source told Celebrity Dirty Laundry that Jennifer Lawrence thought that Chris Martin would divorce Gwyneth Paltrow after their conscious uncoupling.
