GQ Man Of The Year 2014 Chris Pratt was definitely one of the hottest names honored as GQ's Man of the Year 2014. This year Ansel Elgort, Michael Sam, and Chris Pratt, with Shailene Woodley as the woman candidate were lauded for their brand new title at the GQ Men Of The Year 2014 Party. Many celebs have tried and succeeded in keeping their weight off withe Paleo diet, which Chris Pratt use to reduce a whopping 60lbs. Chris notes that he uses the GQ's 2014 Man of the Year title to keep him going with the Paleo diet, which cuts down on carbs and dishes out more protein, similar to the Atkin's diet which produces ketones. Paleo style dieting also means no alcohol. Here's what Chris has to say about that: "I just feel like, if I drink, I want to drink a case of beer and not two beers. Two beers doesn't do anything for me," GQ shares.
The actor from 'Parks And Recreation' said it was difficult to transform into an action actor for example in the 'Guardians of the Galaxy.
