Lindsay Lohan news revealed that the "Mean Girls" actress is recording with Duran Duran. According to a report from Yahoo News, the move makes it seem like the movie star wants to revive her musical career.
The 28-year-old took to Instagram to reveal a possible musical comeback by posting a photo of herself, her sister Aliana, and Duran Duran. Lindsay Lohan news said she captioned the photo: "#DuranDuran @aliana recording with some greats!!!"
The duo of Simon Le Bon and Nick Rhodes also hinted about a possible collaboration with Lindsay Lohan after they posted the same group photo on their Twitter page. Duran Duran captioned the image: "Well this shot even surprised HQ! @duranduran, @lindsaylohan, @aliana, #DD14".
The "Speed The Plow" lead has recently been posting on social media about how she appears to miss singing. One recent throwback post read: "10 years ago today was the release of my first album #SPEAK #SoLongAgoSunday"
Aside from possibly reviving her musical career, the actress is also reportedly keen on reviving her movie star status. Lindsay Lohan news from Radar Online revealed that she is keen on making a major career comeback.
"Lindsay is determined to be a movie star again," an insider shared, adding that "Lindsay is doing better than she has in years!"
The Radar Online report detailed that the former Disney star is ready to go back to the US: "Lindsay plans to return home to her family in New York for a bit."
The source revealed: "(Lindsay Lohan will then be) heading to L.A. because she has three big movies that she is getting ready to star in."
The source, who claims that she is a good friend of Lindsay Lohan, shared that the actress' friends are not worried about a possible relapse when she gets back to New York. "She is still sober and we are all very supportive... We always will be," the insider said, adding that Lindsay Lohan "has allowed all of her old friends back into her life."
