Last Wednesday evening, Los Angeles Police department announced the conclusion about the death of the celebrity couple Stephanie Moseley and Earl Hayes as a murder-suicide.
"Investigators have determined that Hayes killed his wife Stephanie in their home and then took his own life," said by police during news release.
Earl Hayes was a rapper and reportedly close to boxing champ Floyd Mayweather or a member of "Money Team." His wife Moseley was VH1 star in the show "Hit the Floor."
TMZ was the first to report that the rapper shot his wife Moseley at their apartment in L.A., Monday morning, U.S. time. After killing his wife, he committed suicide and shoot himself. Furthermore, the boxer Floyd witnessed the entire crime as the rapper was FaceTiming him while the murder-suicide happened. Before the shooting happened, the couple had a fight and in the process of splitting up.
The rapper accused his wife of infidelity. Earl told Mayweather that he was going to kill his wife. Floyd pleaded with him to not do it, but unfortunately the rapper ignored his pleas.
According to the report of TMZ, the boxing champ "acknowledges he was a witness and heard everything," adding that the athlete is "in shock and is having extreme difficulty dealing with the fact that he witnessed a horrifying murder/suicide."
