"Vanderpump Rules" season 3 is bringing in great ratings, but the cast members of the Bravo reality television show are reportedly not getting the paycheck they deserve.
The cast members of "Vanderpump Rules," aside from queen Lisa Vanderpump, reportedly made $5,000 each for the entire first season, while they made $3,000 per episode for season 2 and now $5,000 per episode for season 3, according to TMZ.
The amount of money the "Vanderpump Rules" cast members get for each episode is vastly different from that of other Bravo reality television stars, most notably "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" stars, who reportedly make hundreds of thousands per season, according to Reality Tea.
The cast, which includes Stassi Schroeder, Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute, Scheana Marie, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz, have reportedly expressed that they're tired of flying coach on promotional trips and want Bravo to bump them up to first class.
Bravo reportedly denied the cast members' request because the network wants to keep the servers and bartenders of SUR "authentically working class" because that'll keep them connected and bring the crazy drama onto the small screen.
There is also reportedly expectation the staff of SUR won't quit working at the restaurant and leave the show if they are paid as low as they are.
"Vanderpump Rules" season 3 airs on Mondays on 9/8c.
