Chris Brown was allegedly dating Karrueche Tran while she was seeing other men. According to a report from Hollywood Life, a source has claimed that the "Single Ladies" star was not loyal to the "Without You" singer throughout their five year relationship.
"Karruche was supposedly seeing other people while they were together," the insider revealed about how Chris Brown was dating Karrueche Tran amid her infidelity.
The source explained how the former couple's individual dreams in life played a part in the whole issue: "I know Chris cares about her but he's focused on his upcoming tour and art while she's trying to make a name (and) career for herself."
The insider detailed: "He just got three Grammy (nominations) and continues to do his thing and I think his continued success is hard for her."
"She's trying to find a place to fit into all of it and make a name for herself," the source added.
The Hollywood Life report also shared how the R&B hitmaker's mother, Joyce Hawkins, believes that Chris Brown should only start dating Karrueche Tran again if they get professional couple's therapy.
A source narrated how Chris Brown's mother supposedly gave him advice: "She told him 'if you're going to be with Karrueche, y'all need to do therapy together. If y'all want to fight, fight in therapy with a professional.'"
The insider added that Joyce Hawkins told Chris Brown: "Y'all are both stupid for fighting in public for the whole world to see."
"Y'all look like a bunch of animals at the circus and y'all need to quit," Chris Brown's mother supposedly said.
Hollywood Life previously reported about how Chris Brown announced that he is not dating Karrueche Tran anymore. The revelation took place at the Power 106 Cali Christmas Concert last weekend.
The singer shocked everyone not just by announcing that he is single, but even allegedly dissed Karrueche Tran by calling out: "f**k that b***h" .
Chris Brown then took to social media to reveal more details. "That ride or die act we have been fooling the world with obviously ain't working," he said.
