Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is currently on leave and will not be making any public appearances for a while, nor will she be attending any more press conference for "Unbroken" after being diagnosed to have chickenpox. Her condition was confirmed by Universal Pictures after posting her video message on YouTube.

As Angelina explained in the video, she will be staying home for the next few days during her treatment for chickenpox. This strictly means no TV show-ups, no magazine interviews, and also no red carpet appearances at premieres.

According to the actress herself, she felt heartbroken after finding out the condition herself since the production that has become close to her heart in which she give much attention by attending press conferences.

In the past few weeks, Jolie made her appearance on different talk shows and also did interviews for some of the biggest printed publications. She was also spotted in a number of big premieres as well as on the red carpet with some cast.

Since she was seen fine during those days, she felt somehow depressed and she wants to let the fans know that she doesn't intend to let her fans and the casts down. Matter of fact, she is very hopeful for "Unbroken" to be a success despite her absence.

Though the actress has confirmed her condition in a video, some speculators believe that she's just making things up to cover an issue about "Unbroken" not being able to be nominated in any of the big awards, as well as the bad reviews for the movie.

According to rumors, Angelina didn't have a good approval rating for her directing skill and that the film wasn't included on the shortlist for Best Film. Other than that, critics are divided in their reviews as they view the finished product. Some say that it's worth Jolie's effort, while others say that it has the promise of a decent effort without ever commiting on it.
