Kelly Rowland news reported how her baby, Titan Jewell, is helping the "Destiny's Child" member to move on from her mother's untimely death.
The "Dilemna" singer's 66-year-old mother, Doris Rowland Garrison, passed away earlier this week. According to a report from Yahoo News, the first-time-mom took to Instagram to share how her infant son appears to be helping her grieving process.
Kelly Rowland news shared how her latest Instagram photo showed her breastfeeding baby Titan Jewell.
The diva captioned her Instagram photo: "My only sunshine......you make me happy, when skies are grey, " and added hashtags "#Titan" and "#Life".
The post seemed to show how Kelly Rowland's baby is helping her cope with the death of her mother.
Another person who appears to be helping Kelly Rowland through this difficult time is her former bandmate, Beyonce Knowles. After the death of Kelly Rowland's mother broke the news, the R&B superstar uploaded to Instagram a dramatic black-and-white photo of a cloudy sky, which appeared to be a photo tribute to her friend's late mother.
According to earlier Kelly Rowland news from Us Weekly, the diva's mother died just a few days before her birthday.
The "Destiny's Child" member released a short statement about her loss: "It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my mother."
"She was an incredible soul who made countless sacrifices so that I could become the woman - and now mother - I am today," Kelly Rowland said about her mother, who raised the singer and her brother, Orlando, all by herself.
"We humbly appreciate all the love and support and only ask for privacy during this difficult time," the singer added.
While mourning the death of her mother, the first-time-mom is also balancing having to take care of Titan Jewell.
According to a previous report from Essence, the 33-year-old is "on cloud nine" after giving birth to her firstborn with husband Tim Witherspoon.
Kelly Rowland shared about baby news: "I have been completely on a high getting to know my son Titan; I'm so in love... I could look at him 24 hours a day."
