The latest reports sayRobbie Kidd confessed that he was going out with Teen Mom 2. However, Calvert says 'It is no surprise.'

Initially Leah lied about her dating but sources close to the story say Jeremy had already known about his wife's guilt.

Jeremy told Radar, "Jeremy has proof she cheated, and he regrets lashing out on Twitter about it, but he wouldn't have done that if he hadn't known for sure.

Although Calvert has accepted that his marriage is over, he is telling other girls that he is single and 'ready to mingle.' Sources say Calvert has access to the evidence, but he's quiet for now.

Radar quoted an insider saying, 'He wants to show people the truth, but everyone is telling him to lay low right now. Nonetheless Calvert intends to bring up 'his wife's extramarital affairs if he decides to go ahead with formal proceedings. One reason for not halting his marriage is that he is the father of 22-month old daughter Adalynn and he doesn't want to upset his family, who are conservative.

While Leah Messer, Jeremy Calvert Cheating Scandal winds down, James has already moved on to other woman. Leah, however, may be in denial claiming she is still with her husband. Recently, Radar exposed Calvert's texts and messages to Brittany Musick, 27 at a shopping a resort.

'A friend of Musick provided Radar with the secret Twitter direct messages (exchanged before he deleted his account in late November) and texts about planning a steamy tryst. When approached by Radar for comment, Musick said she was "shocked" to learn about the MTV star's divorce. "I said 'The way Leah talks on Twitter, it seems as if ya'll are still together.' But he said 'No, it's not true," reports Radar.
