"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore is sexy, and she knows it! But that doesn't stop her from sharing her routine with the rest of the world.
The reality TV star has shared some tips and secrets in an interview with HipHollywood.
"I have a million tips. Always eat breakfast, always do pushups before bed, pushups, squats before bed. Stretch everyday, meditate everyday," Kenya said.
"Don't deprive yourself of food that you think is bad. Just eat small portions of it."
Apart from filming "Real Houswives of Atlanta," Kenya is also busy with her workout video called "Booty Boot Camp."
"I just did another distribution deal with another region in Africa. People all over the world, Australia, Africa, the U.K, all are buying Booty Boot Camp. It's still really hot. I'm happy I can inspire people to workout," she shared.
Before the new season of RHOA started, Kenya told Perez Hilton that she "might" be pregnant, and has claimed that the good news will definitely be shared once the new season airs. The controversial housewife has also dished on her lovelife and has admitted to liking "complicated" relationships.
