Good news for PC gamers because Destiny could finally be coming to the platform if the recent Steam Database leak is to be believed. Would Bungie announce the Destiny PC releasae date soon?
A user named "TheGuardian619" at NEOGAF has posted pictures of the alleged Destiny PC version on the Steam Database.
This leak of the Destiny PC version being found on the Steam Database comes after the fact that Activision CEO Erik Hirshberg has admitted that the company is looking into Destiny for PC.
In an interview with Polygon, Activision CEO Erik Hirshberg admitted that Destiny PC is a good idea and is it something that he considered as a good fit:
"It is [a good fit], and it's something we're talking about and looking at very carefully, and obviously it makes a lot of sense with the genre and the type of game it is. Again, no announcements, but it's something that's a heavy point of discussion. And you asked how are we dealing with the complexity of developing for so many platforms, how about one more on top of that?"
"You know, developing on PC is a different animal than developing for consoles and so we just want to make sure that we're putting one foot in front of the other and getting it right, and that it's of the highest possible quality. But obviously I see the same things about the natural fit."
Meanwhile, Destiny's Dark Below DLC added a new level threshold for the game, and the world's first level 32 character has revealed his method on how to get to level 32 fast.
Bungie forum member EnormousTrash is the world's first user to have a level 32 character on Destiny and he did by running three Warlocks through the raid, but also deleted one of them, only to run a new Warlock through five times. This accrued the user enough radiant currency to max out the raid gear's Light stat.
