Which of these devices is worth the purchase? The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or the Huawei Ascend Mate 7.

In terms of design and display, the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 measures 157 x 81 x 7.9 mm and weighs 185 grams, while the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 measures 153.5 x 78.6 x 8.5 mm and weighs 176 grams.The Huawei device comes with a 6 inch display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution, powered by the IP LCD technology, pixel density of 368 ppi, and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The Galaxy Note 4 has a Super AMOLED screen using a 1440 x 2560 resolution and a pixel density of 515 ppi. It has a 5.7 inches display and also has a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection.

For the hardware, the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 comes with a quad core Cortex A15 and quad core 1A7 processors, summing up to a total of 8 cores and clock speed of 1.3 GHz and 1.8 GHz respectively. The Mali-T628 is the GPU that takes care of the graphics processing duties. The device packs 3 GB of RAM and internal memory options of 16 and 32 GB. For battery specs, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's battery has a capacity of 3220 mAh, that can last 20 hours of talk time on 3G network, while the Asus Ascend Mate 7 comes with an even bigger battery, that has a capacity of 4100 mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is around $800, while the Asus Ascend Mate 7 cost $900.
