"American Horror Story: Freak Show" spoilers hint of a new trouble in the horizon as the new owner takes over from Elsa's spot. Meanwhile, the connection between the Ryan Murphy's series is slowly playing themselves out.

The winter premiere of "American Horror Story: Freak Show" will see the appearance of Neil Patrick Harris as the new owner, Chester, according to the spoilers from TVLine.

"He appears to have a special interest in Bette and/or Dot. ("We may be just off the farm, but we can tell when a man is flirting with us." Oh, boy)," the website said.

The preview clip also shows Chester completely covered in blood which portents that his appearance in the show will be bad news for some of the characters.

"The promo also previews what the final three episodes have in store for the rest of our favorite Freaks, including Jimmy, who receives a messed up proposition from Stanley," the site said.

Meanwhile, Huffington Post noted that the connection between "Freak Show" and "Asylum" was made more clear in last episode.

Back in October, Ryan Murphy said: "They're all connected. We're just beginning to tell you how they're connected. They're all very separate but there's clues every season that we're now telling you how the different worlds are intertwined."

The origin story of Pepper provided the first links to the different series.

"The episode ended with Pepper's arrival at Briarcliff where she meets Sister Mary for the first time and the God-loving nun (remember, this is before her demonic possession) welcomes her with kindness," the HuffPost added. "Pepper looked down at an old Life magazine, dated July 6, 1958, to see Elsa Mars -- a TV star -- on the cover."

Watch out for more "American Horror Story: Freak Show" spoilers which will be published here as they come along ahead of the airing date in January next year.
