"Teletubbies" Sun baby Jess Smith, who's 19 now, revealed herself on Facebook.
"Teletubbies" is a BBC children TV series. It features multi-coloured toddlers of a mythological alien species Tinky-Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa and Po, and the sun with the face of a baby.
According to Telegraph, the 19-year-old girl came out and revealed that she's the Sun baby on BBC's children show at Canterbury Christ Church university. When students were instructed to say something about themselves that no one else would guess, Jess Smith shared, "I thought I may as well tell them as I'm going to be spending the next three years with them."
Jess also revealed that she's Sun baby on Facebook by posting, "So I've recently celebrated my 19th birthday and after a lot of thought, I've decided it's time to tell everyone."
Jess' mom told Telegraph, "It was just something a bit different to do and we didn't expect it to be as big as it was," she said. "They just sat her in front of a camera and she just laughed and smiled at her dad. We didn't hear anything until we got a letter when she was 18 months old saying she'd been picked."
After this revelation, many netizens reacted.
