Teresa Giudice will be reporting to prison to serve her 15-month sentence in less than three weeks.

As the date for her prison sentence approaches, the former RHONJ star is reportedly looking for a place for her daughters to stay while she’s away.

Teresa Giudice reportedly feels that her husband Joe Giudice, who will be serving his 41-month prison sentence after the mother-of-four returns, may not be the best person to take care of her daughters, according to the Music Times.

“She knows Joe doesn’t want to take care of them, and she doesn’t think he’s capable. Teresa has become so desperate she’s now considering giving her kids to friends,” stated a source for Radar Online.

Joe Giudice has reportedly continued to drink heavily after learning that he will be serving four years in prison.

Other than looking for a place for her daughters, there were reports that Christmas for the Giudice family was ruined after an alleged raid because the couple failed to set up a restitution payment plan, according to Gawker. There were reports from Radar that the raid ended with the fed taking “plasma televisions, expensive jewelry, cash and even the kids’ Christmas presents.”

A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office in the District of New Jersey reportedly told the Huffington Post that deputies didn’t raid Teresa Giudice’s home.

“We didn’t undertake any action like that. There seems to be a lot of specific detail in [the articles]. If there was going to be something like that, our office would be involved. It just didn’t happen,” explained Matt Reilley.

A rep for Giudice had reportedly previously denied the story of the raid as well.
