New updates and details for Square Enix's much anticipated action-RPG crossover video game, Kingdom Hearts 3 have been revealed.

It seems that Kingdom Hearts co-creator Tai Yasue has something in store for the fans of game series this coming 2015 as Dual Shockers reports that he will reveal new gameplay details and new keyblade transformations for Kingdom Hearts 3 in an interview with 4Games.

Tai Yasue further adds that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be using the Unreal Engine 4 as the development platform, creating a vivid look with the use of the team’s own dedicated shader, the development of the game is pushing forward, and Square Enix is focusing on creating elements like new attractions and keyblade transformations.

It was last year that Square Enix teased new gameplay features for Kingdom Hearts 3 perhaps next year they would do the same thing on other gaming conventions along with a new trailer for the game.

And that's not all, Master Herald has reported that Marvel creator Stan Lee is rumored to appear in the game. Since Yasue has mentioned before that Square Enix might consider the idea of Marvel and Star Wars characters in the game, perhaps Stan Lee will fit the mold since he's responsible for the creation of several Marvel heroes such as Spider-Man, X-Men, The Avengers etc.

"Yeah, I can’t go into specifics, but there’s a LOT of new Disney stuff and we have our plates full,” said Yasue. “Theres a lot to consider - we’re looking at all of Disney, the new ones as well, they have a lot of pull and draw."

“We have to come up with a world that has a lot of originality. We want variety in our new Kingdom Hearts, so we don’t want too many of one sort of world, that would look the same. For each world there has to be some meaning for it, in the plot; in Birth By Sleep, for instance, in the Cinderella scene, the characters learn something specific by relating to Cinderella. Also, gameplay-wise, is that world something that would make gameplay fun? There’s a lot I can’t say, but there’s so much to consider.”

“Well, yeah. They’re all under consideration,” Yasue said. “Nothing’s off-limits, we’re considering all of the worlds. There are so many wonderful concepts. We’re happy about that, but at the same time it’s really tough to choose.”

There are also reports that the release date of the game has been placed on December 31, 2015 in Amazon.com for the PS4 and Xbox One.
