It looks like new updates and details for the next the Silent Hill game, Silent Hills have been revealed.
According to reports from PlayStationLifeStyle.net, the Walking Dead star Norman Reedus shared some few details regarding Silent Hills' development as he took it Reddit to share his answer about the game.
“I’m super excited to be a part of [Silent Hills]. Both those guys are geniuses at what they do. We haven’t shot the heavy stuff yet. Kojima approached me right after Guillermo did.”
So what is the "heavy stuff" that Reedus is referring to? It sure made every gamer and fans of the franhise feel curious and excited about what Hideo Koijima, and Guillermo del Toro have in store for Reedus in Silent Hills.
Their are still little details of the game's development aside from what Norman said on Reddit. Segment Next recently posted the remade trailer of Silent Hills using the Unreal Engine 4 game engine.
Koijima and the other developers hinted that the game will have an episodic release as they are currently looking into how different TVseries were scheduled and released, and wants to apply them in their games, but clarified that this was only one of few suggestion they have made for the game.
WhatIfGaming also reported before that Silent Hills might be an open-world gameplay according to Koijima himself.
"All I can say is that Fox Engine is meant for open world. I cannot discuss more on the game design itself in detail yet"
Lastly, Cyberland has reported that Silent Hills release date is tentatively set on Halloween 2016 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
