The octa core chip features two quad core processors, the Cortex A53 and Cortex A57, with clock speeds of 1.5 GHz and 2 GHz .The internal memory cap is of 128 GB and can be reached through a microSD card. Its original storage capacity is 32 GB, RAM capacity is 3 GB and the Android Lollipop OS .
The iPhone 6 Plus has a dual core 1.4 GHz Cyclone processing chip enhanced by the A8 chipset and the iOS8 operating system. It comes with a 1GB of RAM and internal storage options for 16, 64 and 128 GB.
For the camera and battery specs, the HTC One M9 has a dual camera on the back with 20.7 MP and a 4 MP front facing camera. It can record 1080p at 60fps with has a 2840 mAh battery.
The iPhone 6 Plus has a back camera of 8MP while the front camera has 1.2 MP and a 2915 mAh battery.
