Thanks to his role as the sexy, blue-eyed detective in NBC's hit show "Grimm," fans have become quite curious as to who David Giuntoli's girlfriend is in real life.

In the supernatural show, the monster-slaying sweetheart lives together with his veterinarian girlfriend Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch). He proposed once and got rejected and tried to do so again but ended up being interrupted.

He seems like the perfect boyfriend on screen but how is his love life off screen?

According to his interview with Glamour back in July, the 34-year-old actor likes to keep his personal life as mysterious as possible.

"I have to leave everybody guessing. I may or may not be in a relationship. Who knows?!" He told the magazine.

Unfortunately, he never mentioned anything about Bitsie Tulloch being his real life girlfriend. Do you think they'd make a great couple off screen as well as on?

Although David Giuntoli's girlfriend is still non-existent right now (as far as we know) it doesn't mean that he doesn't want to settle down in the future.

When asked about his timeline in life, the former "Road Rules" star said that landing the "Grimm" acting gig made him want to have a family even more.

He shared, "I know it never works this way, but I'd like to have a puppy before I'm 40. I definitely want a family. Ideally I'd have one now. Getting a job made me really consider it more."

So what does Giuntoli look for in a girl?

Due to his ADD, the actor tends to become scatterbrained at times; therefore, a "very organized and smart" woman would definitely turn him on.

He also likes girls who can take care of things and who can "forgive me for being a moron."

Whether David Giuntoli already has a girlfriend or not will most likely remain a mystery with the actor's penchant for keeping his personal life private.

Catch Guintoli as Nick Burkhardt in "Grimm" season 4 when it resumes on January 16.
