The 22-year old songstress celebrated New Year's Eve in Dubai with her friends. According to Hollywood Life, "Selena's pic is gorgeous but she looks lonely if you ask us!" Maybe she saw Justin Bieber's skateboard showoff in New York City where he was joined by rumored girlfriend Hailey Baldwin.

This isn't the first time that Stephen Baldwin's 18-year old daughter was seen hanging out with the 20-year old recording artist. However, Justin Bieber claims that he is not dating Hailey Baldwin. He posted their photo together on Instagram and wrote: "People are crazy. I'm super single and this is my good friend u would know otherwise."

I guess there's no need for Selena Gomez to worry since there might still be a chance for her to reunite with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber. Could that what she has been thinking while sitting beside the window of her hotel room in Dubai?

But the question is, if the Canadian pop star is still interested in going back to the "Behaving Badly" actress. On January 1, the "Baby" hitmaker posted a photo of himself with the model beside him on Instagram and captioned the image "#happynewyear".

Hailey Baldwin also shared a selfie with Justin Bieber on Instagram. She proudly wrote, "spending New Years w/ this guy." Hollywood Life reported that Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin went on a vacation in Turks and Caicos with their friends.

The website reported last time that Selena will officially call it quits with Justin if she didn't receive a promise ring before New Year. An insider said, "If Justin doesn't make a move to win Selena back before the New Year, she will move on from him 100%. She's patient - patient like a saint - but she's tired of his immature behavior."

Their source also said, "She eventually wants to settle down and have a family one day. She's not going to wait around for Justin to grow up." Since there's no promise ring, does that mean Selena Gomez will eventually forget about Justin Bieber?
