Jeremy Renner may have married Canadian model Sonni Pacheco only ten months ago but the "Mission Impossible" cast member's wife has already filed for divorce due to indifferences. Tom Cruise's co-star, meanwhile, posted a sweet photo of his daughter in his WhoSay! account despite his marital troubles.

According to US Magazine, Jeremy Renner's wife, Sonni Pacheco, has filed for divorce acussing the A-list actor of stealing some of her important documents.

In the court papers gathered by E!, the Canadian model demanded that the 43-year-old actor return her passport, birth certificate, and social security card.

She also added that the main reason for their split is their "irreconcilable differences." Accordingly, the model is also requesting that their prenuptial agreement be voided because it is based on "fraud."

Jeremy Renner's wife, Sonni Pacheco, is also requesting for spousal support, money for rent and moving expenses.

Sonni Pacheco also asked the court that she and Jeremy Renner share joint legal custody of their daughter but that she be granted physical custody.

"Mission Impossible" actor Jeremy Renner married Sonni Pacheco early last year in a secret ceremony.

Despite Jeremy Renner's marital woes, the "Mission Imposssible" cast member posted an adorable photo of his 21-month-old daughter, Ava Berlin, in his WhoSay! Page, a report from Perez Hilton said.

"It's very early to call, but going on the record to predict the highlight of my year 2015!!! Just sayin... #restiscake," Jeremy Renner said in his caption.

Although Jeremy Renner's marriage with model Sonni Pacheco is not going well, Tom Cruise's co-star is busy filming his upcoming movies "The Avengers: Age of Ultron," "Mission Impossible," and the next installment of the "Bourne" series.

In another WhoSay! Photo, the "Avengers" actor said, "Last look back at 2014... And I'm still standing-- Happy and healthy new year to you all. #newyear #2015".
