Ben Affleck keeps hands in his pocket during a stroll with wife Jennifer Garner in the wake of the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor's acceptance speech after being recognized for his humanitarian work.
Last Wednesday, Ben Affleck and wife Jennifer Garner went out for a coffee run a day after the Humanitarian Award at the People's Choice Awards in Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
"The two - who have three children together - were seen in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles early on Thursday morning," Daily Mail said.
"Affleck didn't offer a hand when crossing busy San Vicente Boulevard with his movie star spouse.
Garner, looking a bit embarrassed, politely kept her hands crossed in front of her," it said.
The couple has been hounded with split rumors this past year, although they appeared to have weathered the storm.
On Wednesday, Ben Affleck said in his acceptance speech that his Humanitarian Award is something he had "a hard time accepting."
The "Batman V Superman: Dwn of Justice" actor said getting the award "is incredibly humbling," he started.
"I've been called a lot of things in my life but i'm not sure humanitarian, until recently, is one of them," he said. "I have the privilege of working alongside of so many people in congo and all over the world who I'm sure are far more deserving."
Ben Affleck said that he's accepting the award in behalf of the true humanitarians in Eastern Congo.
"I've been lucky to spend time working with real humanitarians, who, in the face of challenges like war and poverty and disease, dedicate every waking moment to rebuilding their country for a better future for their families and communities," he said.
"The one way to combat the sad things we see, the terrible things we see, is to try to bring a little bit of kindness to the world," Jennifer Garner's husband Ben Affleck said.
