Bad news gaming fans as the release date for Namco Bandai's new Dragon Ball video game, Dragon Ball Xenoverse has been delayed.
According to reports from GameSpot, Namco Bandai has changed the release dates of Dragon Bal Xenoverse from both North America and Europe. The game was originally set on February 17, the game is being pushed to February 24 in North America, and February 27 in Europe for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, And for the PC via Steam.
AnimeNewsNetwork has reported that Namco Bandai explain there reason for sudden change. They've claimed that they want "to give the highest possible gameplay experience for our fans." A very vague explanation, but could this mean something more?
Namco Bandai has already showcased several gameplay details, and introducing new characters in the series such as Towa, Miral, Toki Toki, and Toki no Kaiōshin. They even posted a new trailer for the game in Jump Festa last year.
So what else are they not telling us? Could they working new updates or possibly adding new characters that are not found in any Dragon Ball medium.
There are rumors that two leaked photos of two characters in the game will show off new Super Saiyan transformations.
According to reports from the Saiyan Training center, these characters are identified as Super Saiyan 4 Broly, and Son Goku with a new Super Saiyan God 2 transformation.

Whether this is true or not is left uncertain, as gaming fans will just have figure it out soon when Dragon Ball Xenoverse launches on February 24 and 27 for the PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
