After the world found out about (but never got to see) Iggy Azalea's sex tape last year, the "Fancy" singer finally saw some light regarding the lawsuit she filed against her ex, Hefe Wine.

In an interview with Vanity Fair earlier this month, the "Booty" rapper insisted that she did not film a sex tape with Wine. She also appeared in court to deny her former lover's claim that they "agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on or about September 2008."

"I do not have a sex tape," she reportedly told the magazine. "But if I did have a sex tape it would be completely f---ing fine and my own business."

Hefe Wine reportedly made a deal with adult video company Vivid Entertainment to release Iggy Azalea's sex tape.

Azalea promptly answered the controversy by filing a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend/manager last September. She accused him of stealing some of her earlier songs that she stored in her own laptop.

Luckily, the court sided with the 24-year-old artist after a preliminary hearing held earlier this week. A judge issued an injunction to stop Hefe Wine from selling or using any of the Grammy nominee's earlier songs.

According to Billboard, Azalea cited the "inferior quality" of the released music as one of the basis for Wine's fraudulent claims. The judge reportedly compared the early recordings to her recent commercial releases and decided that there were "significant discrepancies in the production quality."

Last December, a group of hackers also threatened to release Iggy Azalea's sex tape after she spoke against another female rapper, Azealia Banks.

The Anonymous hackers group told her to apologize for "misappropriating black culture, insulting peaceful protestors, and making light of Eric Garner's death" through Twitter.

The account was promptly suspended, according to Page Six.
