Recent Kelly Rowland news rave about the post-baby body of the "Destiny's Child" member as she was recently snapped two months after the birth of her first son, Titan Jewell.

According to Daily Mail, the R&B diva and her personal trainer were photographed leaving a local gym earlier last week. The 33-year-old seemed shy, covering her face with a beanie hat.

The news reported that Kelly Rowland displayed a fit frame while wearing a grey v-neck shirt and cropped leggings. Her toned post-pregnancy body comes just two months after she delivered baby Titan Jewell last Nov. 4. The child is Kelly Rowland's son with husband Tim Witherspoon.

Previous Kelly Rowland news reported how she planned her post-baby weight loss months before giving birth.

A source revealed the details to UK magazine Closer.

"Kelly gained 42lbs. and blames her cravings", the insider said, adding that the singer ate a lot of chicken, croissants with butter, pretzels stuffed with cheese and mustard, cake, and raw cookie dough during her pregnancy.

Another related report from TV3 said Kelly Rowland hired Marco Borges, the trainer of her friend Beyoncé Knowles. The fitness expert reportedly played a big part in helping the "Single Ladies" singer lose her baby weight after giving birth to Blue Ivy in 2012.

"She's already hired Beyoncé's trainer and after her baby arrives she plans to go vegan and do the bootcamp-style workouts every morning, just like Beyoncé did," the insider told Closer.

The songstress previously shared with E!Online how she continued working out even while pregnant.

"All the women that I've talked to, that have worked out, have such an easy and speedy delivery," Kelly Rowland previously told the news outfit.

"Exercise really helps that."

"Everybody always tells you to go crazy with food, and you can eat whatever you want. It's fine to have your cravings but I wanted an easier delivery," she added.
