"The Flash" spoilers reveal that the Weather Wizard's arrival in episode 15 will set off a chain of events for time travel.
Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg teased "The Flash" spoilers to TVLine when he said that there's going to be "an unexpected, accidental time travel coming up."
"And it is played both for hilarity and darkness. It happens in an episode we're really excited it - the first Weather Wizard episode with Liam McIntyre," he said.
Earlier, Comic Book reported that Liam McIntyre was cast as Weather Wizard and will appear in the 15th and 16th episodes.
"McIntyre played the title character on 'Spartacus,' a show that has been a frequent source of inspiration for Arrow's casting directors: Manu Bennet (Deathstroke), Cynthia Addai-Robinson (Amanda Waller), Katrina Law (Nyssa Raatko) and Nick Tarabay (Captain Boomerang) were all on 'Spartacus' prior to finding their way to Starling City," it said.
Liam McIntyre will play Mark Mardon, the brother to Clyde Mardon, will show up to seek justice for the death of his brother who was shot by Joe West.
Meanwhile, while waiting for the Weather Wizard, Barry Allen will have to deal with two villains when Captain Cold and Heatwave will join forces to take down The Flash.
The "The Flash" synopsis offered spoilers for episode 10 titled "Revenge of the Rogues." The story description reads: "Captain Cold and his hotheaded partner Heat Wave plot to steal a multi-million dollar painting and try to lure the Flash into a battle of fire and ice by kidnapping someone close to him. Meanwhile, Barry asks Dr. Wells, Caitlin and Cisco to double his training efforts so he is ready when the Reverse Flash returns; and Iris deals with the aftermath of Barry's confession."
