Shakira looked stunning with her baby bump as she posed for a family photo with boyfriend Gerard Pique and son, Milan.
The family photo was published on E! News as they flashed a big smile for the portrait.
"The 37-year-old Colombian pop star and former 'The Voice' judge is expecting her second child with her longtime partner, who is 27. Their boy will celebrate his second birthday on Jan. 22," the report said. "The pictures were released on Sunday and taken for a great cause. The family is shown at their UNICEF World Baby Shower."
In another photo, Shakira is seen leaning against boyfriend Gerard Pique as he hugged her from behind and holding onto her baby bump. UNICEF shared the photo on its social media along with this caption:
"@shakira & @3gerardpique are throwing a #WorldBabyShower for UNICEF to welcome their 2nd baby https://uni.cf/1CcX2f5."
And yet another photo, Shakira is alone while wearing a gray gown and holding onto a giant balloon.
According to Billboard, fans can have the "limited edition" photo of Shakira and her baby bump if they donate $14.50 to the cause.
"Fans can purchase 'inspired gifts' in the celebrity couple's name that include polio vaccines, blankets, water for entire families in emergency situations and therapeutic meals for children with malnutrition. Those expecting can also create their own UNICEF baby shower registry through the site to similarly benefit children in need," the report said.
Shakira has been very active in the UNICEF campaign. In fact, when she was with a large baby bump prior to giving birth to her first son in 2013, she also participated in the UNICEF World Baby Shower.
"Thanks to you, over 80,000 children will be protected from polio, almost 200,000 oral rehydration salts sachets will be distributed in times of need, the 3.8 tons of therapeutic food collected will save many children from severe acute malnutrition, among other life-saving tools that were purchased to protect babies and children," the pop star said in statement at the end of that campaign.
