It looks like Disney is going to make a sequel for Frozen and that we could see Frozen 2 sometime on 2016.

It has been reported by the Comic Central City that Disney is now starting to develop the sequel to Frozen and that they're totally serious on turning it into a franchise.

Previously, Forbes reported that Frozen 2 may have already been scheduled to be released on Thanksgiving 2016 or a 2017 release.

It should be noted that Kristen Bell is on-board into joining the sequel and she's actually preparing herself for it.

As was admitted by Kristen Bell to Hitflix, "I even recorded some of the sequences in my bedroom on my phone! I'll pass off those tapes when they need it! I don't know if anybody else is doing that, but I would love to do a sequel!"

Meanwhile, the co-directors of Frozen, Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck are already looking for new actors to join the cast of Frozen 2.

SheKnows asked Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck about who could be added to the cast of Frozen 2, and this is what they said:

"I saw at the Oscar thing, I saw Jamie Foxx. I think he'd be good. We've gotta get him in." said Jennifer Lee. "Benedict Cumberbatch, he'd be good. Melissa McCarthy. Matthew McConaughey. He'd be a great animated character."

Chris Buck added, "Judi Dench. She's amazing. I love her. She's an amazing actress. But she did do a Disney film recently."
