Chris Martin looked very much like a rock star wearing dark sunglasses and leather jacket as he touched down at the LAX on Friday.

A photo of the Coldplay frontmant stepping out of the Los Angeles Airport was published on Daily Mail as he reportedly came from Germany.

Chris Martin was wearing a tight blue shirt underneath the leather jacket as well as slim trousers and white and green sneakers.

"The Coldplay frontman was also seen toting two large navy blue duffle bags as he made his way through the airport," it said. "Chris also sported a navy blue baseball cap and hid his eyes behind a pair of aviator-style sunglasses."

According to Hollywood Life, Chris Martin's on-and-off girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence wants the Coldplay vocalist to be her date for the Grammys.

"She wants to support him, but totally understands if he ends up taking his kids," the source said. "She would love for them all to go together but knows it would be a media frenzy for Apple and Moses and doesn't want to call the attention to them going as a family when the focus is on him and the band."

In another report, Chris Martin's ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow is allegedly on a mission to break apart the "Yellow" singer and the "Hunger Games" star.

A piece by Celebrity Dirty Laundry claimed that Gwyneth Paltrow is trying to make her ex Chris Martin jealous.

"Gwyneth brought her supposed boyfriend, Brad Falchuk, to the premiere of Mortdecai last night," the report added. "And not only did she hold hands with him at the premiere, but she made sure that photographers captured this lovely, 'candid' moment between them."

Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence have supposedly gotten back together during the holidays, and Gwyneth Paltrow is happy for them as she insisted during earlier interview with Howard Stern on his radio show.
