Blink-182 is one of those bands that gets plagued with rumors of splitting up over and over again.

There have recently been reports that the trio are feuding over whether or not guitarist Tom DeLonge is still a part of Blink-182, and to our joy, he still very much is, according to him.

Bassist Mark Hoppus reportedly slammed DeLonge for being “disrespectful and ungrateful” during an interview with Rolling Stone and accused him of not being direct with his plans in regards to recording a new album, according to the NY Daily News.

Hoppus reportedly added that he felt that DeLonge was “embarrassed” to be a part of the band now.

Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker reportedly issued a press release announcing that DeLonge had left Blink-182 for the time being on Monday, according to Newsweek.

“We were all set to play this festival and record a new album and Tom kept putting it off without reason,” the two members wrote.

They added, “A week before we were scheduled to go into the studio we got an email from his manager explaining that he didn’t want to participate in any Blink-182 project indefinitely, but would rather work on his non-musical endeavors.”

Despite the recent statement, DeLonge has reportedly insisted that the band has not split and that he is most definitely still part of the group that gave us the gift of “All the Small Things.”

“I never quit the band,” DeLonge told Entertainment Weekly.

He added, “Actually, I was on the phone discussing a possible Blink-182 event in New York City when I heard the ‘news.’ The ONLY truth here is that I have commitments that limit my availability this year. I love Blink-182 and I’m not leaving.”
