The Fuse Joplin reports that the Moto G has a 4.5 inch IPS screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels at 326 ppi pixel density. Its dimensions are at 129.9 x 65.9 x 11.6 mm, and weighing 143 grams. It has a a plastic back with matte effect and below the LED flash of the camera was placed a dimple with the M logo inside of it, while the speakers are located in front of the camera, and at the top there’s a subtle dip. Lastly, its protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The Galaxy Core 2's design has a faux leather back but with a finer texture, and has a rectangular body with rounded corners, and a silver frame around the edges. Its screen has TFT display at 4.3 inches, and can render a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels at 207ppi pixel density.Its physical dimensions are 130.3 x 68 x 9.8 mm, and weighs around 138 grams.

According to the specs from GSMArena, the Moto G has Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 chipset, which is powered by a quad-core processor at 1.2 GHz, and an Adreno 305 graphics. Its RAM capacity is at 8GB, with an internal memory of GB, and runs on the Android OS, v4.3 (Jelly Bean), which can be upgraded to the v5.0 (Lollipop).

The Samsung Galaxy Core 2 is equipped with a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, with a RAM capacity of 768 MB. The Samsung device has a 4GB internal memory, and a Android OS, v4.4.2 (KitKat).

According to the Fuse Joplin, both smartphones have 5MP primary cameras, but the Moto G's secondary shooter is at 1.3MP, while the Galaxy Core 2 is VGA. The Motorola handset has a powerful battery at 2070 mAh that last 24 hours, while the Samsung handset is at 2000 mAh and only last 17 hours.

The Samsung Galaxy Core 2 is worth $150 in Amazon.com, while the Motorola Moto G 16GB is at $184.
