"Community" season 6 premiere will be on March 17. And while the upcoming run seems to be far away, fans can always turn to the interwebs for their "Community" fix.
New updates from cast members, Alison Brie and Ken Jeong, reveal that the show could somehow feel a little different because of some notable characters gone, but it will also try to stay true to the "Community" fans have loved for the past 5 seasons.
"We're at a new studio and there's some new cast members," Alison told MTV at the Sundance Film Festival. "And some old cast members have left. They peel off every year."
Ken on the other hand, shared that the latest season could be his favorite. "There have been a couple of Chang moments that we've shot that are already my all-time favorites of the series," he said.
And since "Community" season 6 will premiere on Yahoo Screen, will showrunner Dan Harmon try to be more risky and include nudity in the show?
"It's not like he's making it raunchy or dirty," Ken clarified. "He's not changing anything. There's just that fresh energy of support. In his words, you almost have this opportunity to make it more British."
Fans of the comedy were relieved that the show will be continuing to share laughs in a different platform. After NBC axed the show after its 5th season, Yahoo Screen announced that they will be ressurrecting the show and will be airing the 6th season.
Alison Brie , Joel McHale, Gillian Jacobs, Danny Pudi, Ken Jeong and Jim Rash are set to return next season. Paget Brewster and Keith David will be joining the show following Yvette Nicole Brown's and Danny Glover's exit.
