It's not new that fans are talking about a possible delay with "Tom Clancy's The Division" release date. However, a new report suggested that the game could possibly be delayed until 2016.
"Gamers might get sad for our update about Tom Clancy's 'The Division'. A source says that the release might happen late this year. Don't get your hopes up. It would be better if we do not expect anything as some say it might be out by 2016. This game is far from being completed. If we still have to wait for more than a year, then they better make sure it will be a jaw-dropping game that will hook us for days!" Venture Capital Post noted.
Ubisoft is not keeping the game's development a secret. They have been pretty much open in the setbacks they have experienced in making the game, and have been honest to say that the latest release is far from perfect.
But as some fans previously noted, no ambitious title such us The Division has it the easy way. At one point, roadblocks need to be faced and dealt with in order to give gamers what they have promised.
One fan even commented that Ubisoft should take all the time they needed. "The world does not want an unfinished, half ass game . ... *mhgmm cough* Destiny*"

Meanwhile, there was a ray of hope when Ubisoft Canada teased about the possible "Tom Clancy's The Division" release date for PS4 and Xbox One on their Facebook page.
"We've got two Clancy games coming this year... Which one are YOU most excited for? Rainbow Six Siege or The Division?" The Facebook post read.
The post however still failed to mention any exact dates as of the moment.
