The Elder Scrolls Online has a new update and we've got the system requirements list available to see if your PC can handle ESO.
According to the ElderScrollsOnline.info, these are the recommended specs to run the Elder Scrolls Online on PC:

Processor: Quad Core 2.3GHz or equivalent processor
Memory: 4GB System RAM
Hard Disk Space: 60GB free HDD space
Video Card: Direct X 11 compliant video card with 2GB of RAM (NVIDIA® GeForce® 560 Ti / ATI RadeonTM 6950 or better)
Sound: DirectX compatible sound card

Operating System: Windows XP 32-bit
Processor: Dual Core 2.0GHz or equivalent processor
Memory: 2GB System RAM
Hard Disk Space: 60GB free HDD space
Video Card: DirectX 9.0 compliant video card with 512MB of RAM (NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800 / ATI RadeonTM 2600 or better)
Sound: DirectX compatible sound card
Meanwhile, VG 24/7 has detailed the latest patch contents of update 6 for ESO:
"Along with Provisioning, and the Champion and Justice system, Update 6 for The Elder Scrolls Online will include the Collections feature."
"The new feature allows player to organize various items such as costumes, pets, mounts in tab format. This will serve as a way to free up inventory space."
VG 24/7 also added that, "Items which can be sorted through Collections will be moved over when the feature goes live with the update. Whenever a new item is obtained, if it belongs in one of these collections, it will automatically be added."
