Cameron Diaz seems to be settling in on her married life quite nicely as she bonded with Nicole Richie, the wife of Benji Madden's brother, and BFF's Gwyneth Paltrow and Drew Barrymore for a night out on Monday evening.
It was Nicole Richie who set up Benji Madden with Cameron Diaz who married earlier this year following a whirlwind romance.
"The awesome foursome went to trendy Katsuya restaurant in Studio City for a meal, where they kept a low profile in casual clothing," said Daily Mail.
Following their wedding on Jan. 5, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden issued a statement saying:
"We couldn't be happier to begin our new journey together surrounded by our closest family and friends."
The four girls were snapped while on their way to their vehicles.
"Cameron wore a Aztec-style blanket coat over black skinny jeans and light brown suede ankle boots," the publication said. "Nicole was sporting an all-black ensemble for the meal, with her pink hair standing out against her outfit and wore her leather jacket slung over her shoulders."
About a week ago, Cameron Diaz was snapped the first time since her wedding to Benji Madden. The couple had a lunch date with Nicole Richie and husband Joel Madden at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles.
The couple celebrated their wedding at her mansion on Jan. 5. Nicole Richie (who's married to Benji Madden's twin brother Joel), Drew Barrymore, and Cameron Diaz's older sister Chimene Cain were the bridesmaids in the wedding. The former Good Charlotte guitarist also gave the "Sex Tape" actress a note before the vows.
Boston Herald said Cameron Diaz didn't want a huge wedding.
"Cameron Diaz never fantasized about a big white wedding. 'I'm not much of a planner," she said back in 2010. '"I would probably make the phone call."
