Nokia Lumia 1520 has a 2.2 GHz quad-core processor, being powered by a Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 with the same GPU. Its RAM capacity, and internal memories are the same, but its software is the Microsoft Windows Phone 8 that is upgradeable to the v8.1, and is planned to have the Windows 10 upgrade soon.
Nokia device has powerful rear camera at 20MP, while the front camera is at 1.2MP and its battery capacity is at 3400 mAh that last 25 hours of talktime. Meanwhile, the Moto X2 has 13MP rear camera, while a 2MP is on the front, and its battery is at 2300 mAh.
