The "Pitch Perfect 2" Super Bowl trailer didn't just show off the movie's witty dialogue, it also gave fans a sneak peek of the Green Day Packers singing to Destiny's Child!
The footballers are just some of the cameos lined up for the sequel. While notable a capella groups such as the Pentatonix, the Filharmonics and Penn Masala will be battling with the Barden Bellas, it's the Packers' cameo that has fans even more excited for the film's premiere.
It's no wonder then that the "Pitch Perfect 2" Super Bowl trailer stirred up social media with its inclusion of the football stars singing "Bootylicious!"
According to Taste Of Country, linebacker Clay Matthews III is the one leading the group to the Destiny's Child song. In return, the Bellas give their own rendition of Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats."
Anna Kendrick, who plays the Bellas' leader Becca, previously revealed that the Packers were actually fans. They could even "do the whole finale number back to front" and "inside out."
Even Fat Amy, played by Rebel Wilson, looked pleased by the sight of the buff men.
"Whoo, I could be the ham in that man's sandwich," she crooned after watching them perform in what is presumed to be an underground a capella contest.
The new teaser also features even more hilarious commentary from Wilson.
"There's gonna be some haters out there," she started the video off, talking about the international competition that they have to compete in. "They're going to look at us Team USA and be like, 'Why is the most talented one Australian?'"
There were also rumors of one more cameo from another superstar. Rumors are flying that "The Voice" coach Christina Aguilera could be in the movie as well.
Whether this is true or not, fans will have to find out when the film premieres on May 15.
