Viewers finally found out who Sin Rostro really was during last Monday's episode! Will the big reveal affect Jane and Rafael's relationship? Find out more "Jane The Virgin" spoilers here!

Last Monday's episode was filled with the series' most intense, jaw-dropping scenarios to date - from Jane writing her own father's death scene in the "Passions Of Santos," to Petra fake-dying just to find out that her mother had been lying to her for the longest time, to Rose burying her own husband in cement.

And Rose finally exposed herself as the big bad villain, Sin Rostro - at least to the viewers. The reveal was so shocking that even the show's witty narrator was left speechless.

In an interview with Vulture, showrunner and writer Jennie Snyder Urman teased more "Jane The Virgin" spoilers for the rest of the season.

According to her, she had always known that Rose would be Sin Rostro because she liked "women who are not what they seem."

"It's a very female-driven show, in terms of it has a matriarchy, the internal villain, if you will, is Petra, and then our big bad was a woman," she continued. "That is definitely part of, I think, my agenda as a writer in general, to have more interesting parts for women."

Meanwhile, instead of Jane and the baby, Rafael will have to shift his focus to dealing with his own grief once he finds out about his father's death.

Urman also revealed to TV Line that Rafael will go "on a real emotional arc that will inform the rest of his season in terms of the fact that his father died thinking he was a failure and how Rafael wants to change his father's perception of him, but it's too late."

Not only that, their relationship will face even more challenges. Aside from the possible problem that their baby might have (as seen in the trailer for next week's episode), Jane and Rafael will have to continue to figure out how to balance each other's differences out.

"Reality comes in," Urman shared to Vulture. "Jane and Rafael are going to feel that, and part of those are character flaws in Rafael, and part of those are character flaws in Jane."

Fans will have to keep on watching new episodes every Monday, 8 PM on the CW to find out how Jane and Rafael's relationship will turn out.
