Nicole Scherzinger and boyfriend Lewis Hamilton have split and the former Pussycat Doll admitted that she made a lot of sacrifices for her career and that might include her personal relationships.

According to Daily Mail, it was the fourth time that Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton have parted ways because of the difficulties of a long-distance relationship.

The race car driver is based in Monaco while the "Your Love" singer's career is in Los Angeles.

The singer and "X Factor" judge is reported to be "heartbroken and devastated" after their romance, which lasted on-and-off, for seven years has ended.

The 36-year-old was snapped on Wednesday arriving at the London Palladium and looking very glum as she wore dark glasses, a beanie and university jacket.

In an interview with the Telegraph, she revealed her personal philosophy of putting a lot of positive energy towards a goal which would lead "you to the next place you're supposed to be."

"I look at this as a great blessing for me to be able to take on this role... but I have made sacrifices," she added. "This is very time consuming. I've left LA, left all my friends and my family. It's sacrificing your time in relationships, with loved ones, and my work..."

Currently, Nicole Schezinger has been drawing praises for her portrayal of Grizabella in the West End's production of "Cats." She will have to set aside her split from Lewis Hamilton to perform although the Telegraph said the breakup "has thrown plans further ahead in disarray."

The singer was asked where she will be in the next 10 years and she replied that she would have done some movies, made more albums, traveled the world, embarked on world tours and a lot of charity work.

As for children, "Oh yeah, I'll definitely have that by then. I'll definitely have that. Definitely, that would be nice," although Nicole Scherzinger's split with Lewis Hamilton might delay the children's plans a little bit longer.
