There isn't a date yet for Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's wedding, but the latest reports reveal that the two are already going into war over the prenup.
The couple is haggling over the $110 million prenuptial agreement and the document will reflect the earnings of the 45-year old actress from the royalties that she gets from the Netflix TV show "Friends."
"The prenup is pretty much done. Jen won't see money from Netflix for about a year, so there has been back and forth about whether her earnings will be considered from during or before their marriage," An insider told Us Weekly.
Now that they have almost settled the prenup, will we finally see a wedding this year?
During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Aniston assured everyone that she is ready to get married again and even showed off the engagement ring that Justin Theroux gave her.
"We don't have a date," The "Cake" actress answered when asked if there's a date already. "I wouldn't tell you if we did."
Jen seems to have it all but she admitted that there are still a lot of things that she needs to figure out.
"How many times did our parents say, 'Stop wanting everything to rush'? You want summer to be over, you want Christmas to be over, you want this to be over, you want everything to be over just so you can get to the next thing. And boy, you really wish you'd listened to a lot of the things they said," she explained.
Maybe that's why she isn't rushing her wedding to Justin Theroux.
Jennifer Aniston isn't getting any younger and people close to her are reportedly concerned about her having a baby. The pregnancy rumors never end and she is getting exhausted about that topic.
"I get nervous around that, just because it's very personal. Who knows if it's going to happen? It's been a want. We're doing our best," she confessed.
Do you think Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux will finally get married this year or end up having cold feet?
