New "Scandal" season 4 spoilers suggest that Olivia could land in the hands of US' enemies!

As fans will remember, Ms. Pope made a deal with her captor and offered herself for auction. The question now is will Olivia's plan really work, and if yes, who will be paying the highest price for her freedom?

According to Fashion and Style, Liv's plan might get awry when the top bidder could be an enemy of the US government.

"Of course, there is a bad note to keep in mind. With so many countries looking for political gain over the US-- Not to mention all the wealthy enemies Olivia and Fitz have accrued over the years-- there's still a chance that the top Gladiator may not end up in the safe arms of Jake Ballard or the President after all," the site noted.

Meanwhile, TV Guide gave some spoilers/synopsis for the upcoming "Scandal" season 4 episode, entitled "Full Circle."

"Olivia outsmarts her captors, but only temporarily. Meanwhile, Jake, Huck and Quinn seek an old pal's assistance; and Cyrus must take control when Fitz is pushed to his limits," the synopsis read.

Could Mama Pope be the "old pal" the synopsis is referring to? Although Olivia's mom wasn't necessarily a friend, the teaser vid for the latest episode shows her at the end.

"This should be good," she said.

Meanwhile, cast members Tony Goldwyn, who plays Fitz, and Katie Lowes, who plays Quinn, teased more exciting news about the next episode.

"Thanks for tweeting east and Midwest! So fun!!! See you all next week for more CRAZINESS! #Scandal #TGIT," Tony said about "Scandal" season 4 episode 12.

While Katie gave fans something to look forward to by saying, "Thank you #gladiators! You all are the freaking best. Wait till you see next weeks episode! Now for #HTGAWM & @scottkfoley on #jimmykimmel!"

Stay tuned for more "Scandal" season 4 spoilers!
